What areas do you service?
We're based in Compton, CA and serve pet owners throughout Greater Los Angeles / Los Angeles County. See our Service Areas page for specific cities.
Are you mobile? Do you have a walk-in salon?
We're entirely mobile — we don't have a walk-in salon. Every grooming appointment happens at your own home, wherever you are in our service area.

What is included in a Full Groom?
A Full Groom includes bath, shampoo & conditioner, blow dry & brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, paw pad trim, light face tidy, finishing spray, haircut. Full Groom starts at $100+ for small dogs.
What is included in Bath & Tidy?
Bath & Tidy includes bath, shampoo & conditioner, blow dry & brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, paw pad trim, light face tidy, finishing spray — no haircut. Bath & Tidy starts at $75+ for small dogs.
What size category is my dog?
Small is 20 lbs or less, Medium is 40 lbs or less, Large is 60 lbs or less, and Extra Large is over 60 lbs.
Do you groom dogs over 60 pounds?
Yes — extra-large dogs (over 60 lbs) are welcome. Full Groom starts at $160+ and Bath & Tidy starts at $135+ for extra-large dogs.
How long does grooming take?
Bath & Tidy runs from about 1 – 2 hours for small dogs up to 2.5 – 4 hours for extra-large dogs. Full Groom runs from about 1.5 – 2.5 hours for small dogs up to 3 – 4 hours for extra-large dogs. Appointment length depends on your dog's size and temperament — most appointments are completed within 4 hours.
Do you offer deshedding?
Yes — a deshedding treatment ($15, about 30 minutes) is available as an add-on, particularly useful for huskies, German Shepherds, and other heavy-shedding breeds.
What happens if my dog is severely matted?
Severe matting can be painful to brush out, and in those cases the coat may need to be clipped short rather than dematted, for your dog's comfort and safety. We'll always talk you through the best option for your dog's specific coat before starting.
Do you treat fleas and ticks?
Yes — flea & tick treatment ($15, about 15 minutes) includes flea and tick shampoo, thorough rinsing, and careful combing during grooming. This addresses active fleas and ticks found during the visit; it doesn't guarantee complete elimination or provide ongoing prevention. Talk to your veterinarian for long-term prevention.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

We're open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
